SMART is made of 4 individuals Stephanie Boyce, Milly Cooke, Kelly Blackwood and Nkomo Williams. The management team have been friends for over 12 years and business partners in many different ventures; we have various qualifications between us and a wealth of experience of working in different capacities with children, young people, families and local communities.

SMART is an organisation that believes in the development of the person, SMART management believe that if you start at the bottom with a solid foundation then you will reach your personal potential and your goals at the top. SMART provides an arena for children, young people and adults of all ages to realise and achieve their own personal potential:

Although this is a new venture for SMART management, we believe that our dedication to succeeding and our creative abilities will stand us in good stead to make the 10 Centre a successful addition to the community in West Greenwich.
